By keeping some basic selling practices in mind, you’ll be able to create a great experience for your buyers. Seller must follow the selling practice rules and regulation per Aippcart LLC policy given below to ensure our buyer/partner is pleased with the product and service. Policy will cover They cover areas such as the item description, your terms and conditions, shipping and handling charges, delivery times, communication, returns, and photos. Seller who is unable to follow Aippcart policy may be force to go through action taken by our team including suspension of using our site in any form at no refund. Seller will be also subject to forfeit any applicable fee and may be required to recovery of Aippcart expenses in policy monitoring and enforcement. Provide excellent seller service to buyer from start to delivering product including
•Affordable shipping and handling charges
•Delivery time and return policy in listing
•Prompt reply to buyers’ questions related to product
•Be a genuine professional seller throughout the entire transaction
•Guarantee to deliver product to the buyer as explained described in your listing
•Keep up to date all listings information – such as product availability, number and condition of item is accurately described. Please provide accurate and clear description about your product and be specific about selling terms and conditions of the product.
Pricing Fees
- Listing Fee: There will be $0.0 listing fee for any item that you list for sale on Aippcart.com, this promotion offer is subjected to review later.
- Transaction Fee: For each item sale through Aippcart LLC, you will be charged a transaction fee of 3% including shipping and gift wrapping. There is no transaction fee applicable to sales tax, GST or HST if you sell from US or Canada unless it’s included in your listing price. Transaction fees will be deducted from your each sale and will show up total balance in your account.
- Payment Gateway Fee: Aippcart associated with third party provides payment processing platform with simple pay as you go fee of 2.9% + 30¢ per successful each eligible online transaction which will deducted from total amount of the sale including shipping and tax. There could be applicable fixed deposited fee for disbursing seller money to seller’s bank account depending upon bank location. Deposit fees are deducted from your Available Funds and reflected in your payment account at the time of your scheduled deposit.
- Shipping Fee: Aippcart associated with third party shipping provides seller provision to purchase and print each shipping label at no fee. Seller will have additional option to ship item on their own cost of shipping or waive shipping. Aippcart shipping gateway process calculate the cost of the shipping label depending upon carrier, origin, destination, weight, and dimensions of the package at no cost. Seller can purchase shipping Insurance from shipping carrier at 1% of insured value ($1 minimum) with additional fee for add signature confirmation, those fees will be added to the total cost of the label at the point of purchase. Fee for shipping return labels will be charged after delivery of the returned package. All shipping fees and any adjustments will reflect in your payment account and/or will be deducted from your account balance.
- Paying back to Aippcart: All fees owed by you associated with Aippcart will be automatically deducted from your payment account. Seller should have sufficient funds in their account to avoid further action for missing paying fee. You have 15 days to avoid late penalty fee and before it past due to collect. You can your outstanding balance by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Please refer your Aippcart monthly statements.
- Avoidance: You are strictly prohibited by Aippcart to encourage buyers to purchase listed item on Aippcart through another marketplace. Alternation of item’s price to avoid any Aippcart fee is not allowed.
- Sales Taxes: Amount for sales tax for many states will get collected from the buyer and pay to the appropriate tax authority and the sales tax amount will be deducted from your payment account.
- Aippcart and third party tax gateway will help you to calculate applicable sales tax or taxes for certain states for each purchase and you are liable to pay and collect any taxes for sale made through Aippcart. 1099-K forms will be made available to comply with IRS and state requirements. You may opt in at any time to receive your 1099-K form electronically.
- On your request, Aippcart will provide services related Aippcart Ads and Offsite Ads Please contact us for fees associated with these features.
Pricing terms
- Indicated price for listed item must show original price and seller are required to follow terms for original prices through tool you used to promote product for sale.
- For an e-commerce marketplace, Aippcart encourage seller to sell item independent of market pricing comparing to other sellers. Pricing matching and consideration from other e-commerce or different items on Aippcart should be your constant observation.
- It is against our policy to allow seller to get in touch with another seller from Aippcart or any other e-commerce platform to discussing about pricing.
Shipping service
Deliver product to Buyers within time, particularly when expedited shipping charges added to order. If slower shipping selected then item being delivered later can increase in claims by buyer for items not received.
- Provide shipping service features selected by buyer such as expedited or priority or ground shipping as noted in order to assure buyer for on time delivery.
- Meet buyer expectation while using shipping service options selected by buyer.
- Offer different options for shipping product in listing depending upon delivery speed and costs.
Shipping and handling costs
Be sure to specify calculated shipping costs and related service charges in your listings. Below are noted points for Sellers attention regarding what to and how to charge Buyer,
- Shipping cost: The amount paid to shipping carrier for shipping the item.
- Item handling cost: Includes packaging materials and insurance cost if applicable
- Additional services: This option if you selected to include in cart then you must add to shipping and handling costs, below are some examples of services include:
- Registered and/or Certified Mail
- Restricted and/or Receive on Delivery
- Signature and/or Delivery Confirmation
- Special packaging and/or Handling
- Return Receipt
- Tax and government-imposed fees: Taxes which are applicable to charge are federal, state, country, city, local, VAT, or may be equivalent taxes
- Make sure to provide tracking information, signature and/or delivery confirmation to track item delivery to buyer. Shipping with excellent service is our top priority for efficient business logistic.
- Also please explain for your listing why shipping and handling costs will increase than normal changes and that mean for buyer.
Paid and Free Shipping costs
Aippcart has provision for seller to calculate shipping cost according to item’s actual weight, size and dimension including packing materials. Aippcart will track additional shipping and handling cost if any imposed by seller to buyer, this is against our policy to change additional shipping cost to buyer.
In addition, seller is allowed to offer free shipping to all destinations at no additional cost to buyer at the time of checkout as mentioned. We are committed to buyer not to overcharge to replace free shipping cost. Make sure not to delay item’s delivery for the option of free shipping to buyer.
Buyer Product expectation through Shipping time
- Provide delivery or signature confirmation including tracking information to protect us from buyer’s claim an item was not delivered or received.
- Do not hold shipment for the sake of funds released through our payment gateway. Ship the item as soon as order is confirmed through our payment gateway. Delaying or holding shipment could impact the seller’s credibility and assurance to buyer satisfaction
- According to buyer expectation, Seller must select required shipping option which is in the best interest of buyer and product listed to be deliver. Specify accurately product shipping timeframe.
- Specify in listing if your item need specialty services, tracking information and/or if product require additional handling time to ship it to meet Aippcart buyer standard
- Specify shipping time either same business day in listing or at the time of placing order.
- Reply promptly after order is placed about carrier name and tracking information by the end of the next business day (Central time) as soon as order payment clears. Normal tracking days are between Monday to Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays aren’t business days.
- Tracking information must display the package status of “delivered” with a delivery date within 3 days of payment clear.
- In some instances, there may be a delay in processing your shipping details, and buyers may be able confirm in case if required.
Returns
- You are required to accept returns directly from buyer who can change mind after purchase for any reason. As long as the return item meets your defined return standard then you must honor the return.
- If you do not want to honor return then you must state item no return policy during process of listing.
- You must clarify who will pay for shipping, seller or buyer and the time period in which a buyer must return product
Order Cancel
- In case if seller need to cancel a transaction due to any reason, you must notify buyer immediately and provide valid reason for cancelling the transaction. Cancel the transaction up to 7 days after order is placed
- Do not provide incorrect cancelation reason to avoid a negative remark on your account and negative review from buyer that you are canceling the transaction for incorrect reason.
- Make sure to update from Aippcart seller profile about transaction or contact our support team for any help regarding this matter.
Tracking
- Do not provide invalid tracking number associated with real transaction. Always add correct tracking number details
- Seller must update tracking number no later than the shipping time window added in your listing. Tracking details are part of duration specified for handling time of item.
- Mark the item as ‘Shipped’ in seller profile.
- Tracking details can be critical in major buyer’s orders where the buyer claims they didn’t receive an item.
- When a buyer claims a product was not received then you have 48 hours to update tracking number and details to buyer in order to be protected from an “Item not received” claim.
- Buyers claim for item not received will close automatically within 72 hours if you provide delivery details about item has been delivered to the buyer’s correct address or ZIP code. Buyer and you shall get notification of details.
- Both you and the buyer will get an email notification. The buyer will be able to ask Aippcart to step in within that 48 hours if they still haven’t received the item.
Seller product location
- Do not mention ‘Shipped from U.S. state’ when it’s actually being shipped from other country.
- Do not display misleading or vague item location descriptions, such as any part of USA or China or any part of the world
- To meet buyer expectation, they expect to see item location where it’s going to ship from as listed in the listing. Do include city and state, and country should be consistent with listing.
- Do not provide inaccurate product location
- Do not add mismatch item location between item location and item listing.
- Provide accurate address or item location consistent with information in your listing to comply with return policy which may result in higher item return costs for buyers
Seller’s product listing norms
Seller must follow below details listing norms or the terms and conditions of the sale in product listing description,
- Accepted payment methods
- Product return policy
- Shipping carrier, cost, method and additional shipping information if required
- Applicable government imposed fees (such as electronic waste disposal fees) and taxes
- Terms of the transaction
- Guarantee the safe dispatchment of the product within specified timeframe stated in your listing
- Display available inventory before listing items
- An agreement with a third party to fulfill the delivery of the item under the terms of your listing
Item description and Photo
- Item description is most attractive part of product which is going to be listed and encourage buyer to purchase the item and also verify it with listing after deliver
- It’s important to make sure that the listing is only used to describe the item for sale and to communicate the terms of the sale in a professional way.
- Seller is required to item condition, specify any flaws or defect which can lead to buyer dissatisfaction
- Item description should help to sell item in a professional way. Refurbished, or flawed item condition must be clarified with addition of actual photos for buyer’s clear understanding.
- Product photo images along with the description are critical for listing which excite buyer to shop around exactly what they’re getting as well as specific details they may be looking for. Photos add values to items to visualize actual size, color and condition along with other details.
Communication
Excellent customer service is motto of our business and together we can meet or exceed buyers’ expectations. Follow guideline below where we can help you improve your performance on Aippcart.
- Be prompt in response to buyers any concerns or problems, communicate professionally with buyer through emails or any form of communication.
- No seller is allowed to send inappropriate images including nudity, profanity or other general content not related to an Aippcart listing.
- Be responsive for any question arise by buyer during buying process and also after item being purchased.
- Aippcart will not allow to use profane or offensive language with anyone on our platform. Strict action will be taken including terminating from selling on Aippcart.
- We do not expect to happen communication between a seller and seller but any fruitful or positive conversation will be beneficial to our business
- Do not alter or change return criterial during process of purchase of after purchase.
Aippcart rules for sellers
Seller responsibility is to follow Aippcart policy, stated regulations and laws according to terms and condition toward best practice of business interest. Following Aippcart business policy will create the path of successful business environment to each professional not breaking any regulation.
