Policy and rules for buyers:

Aippcart is ecommerce portal place where both buyers and sellers can have liberty to do fair business with proper guideline. Having best buying experience to many of our buyer is our top priority to create a fair marketplace. We request each buyer to understand and review policies laid down for buyer before buy an item. By placing an order, you are accepting to all of our terms and condition, policies which are intended to:

• Protect intellectual property rights
• Give fair and legitimate rights to both buyer and seller giving equal advantage
• Limit the risks for both seller and buyer
• Create an positive buying experience
• Follow city, county laws and regulations
• Provide legal business giving permission to create youraccounts which does not containsfalse contact information. 

Policy for Abusive buyer

Buyer should be mindful while dealing with providing feedback regarding product or seller. Buyer is entitle to get what he paid for and should not ask or request more than purchased order from seller’s original terms of posting. To identify buyers who are presenting negative behaviors toward seller and business, please contact us to report the abusive behavior. We expect buyer to be professional and respectful while having any type of conversation.

Transactions policy

• Sellers/buyers are not permitted to interfere with another sellers/buyers member’s transaction
• Sellers are not allowed to contact buyers in an open or completed transaction to please them away from a seller or item. Contact us If you have a problem with a transaction otherwise violations of this policy may result in actions, including account deletation, delete all listing and cancel account, forfeit any fee associated with cancelled listings.

Product unpaid policy

To complete the purchase, buyers shall note down the shipping and handling cost with agreed conditions seller has added in the listing before deciding to purchase.

• Buyer with more frequent unpaid, cancelled transactions may lose their buying privileges.
• Sellers should not report falsely unpaid items or they may be subject to suspension

No Aippcart outside business policy

All buy/sell activity must follow Aippcart policy, if not followed then it could result in a range of actions including canceling purchase, listings, and demoting all listed products  from search toolbar, restricting communication with other buyers/seller, flag mark seller rating, account suspension, application of fees, and recovery of expenses for policy monitoring and enforcement. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded to your account. This policy applicable to both Seller and Buyers, highlighted points are,

• Never offer other items that are used to order items directly outside of Aippcart
• Never post product descriptions or photos outside of Aippcart
• Never promote or suggest external websites that facilitate business for another member  outside of Aippcart
• Never utilize information received through Aippcart transaction to sell and buy an item outside of Aippcart
• Never engage in any action to facilitate a transaction outside of Aippcart
• Never request a direct contact information during or before completing a purchase
• Never share any purchase link to identical or related products for sale outside of Aippcart
• Checkout the product to complete purchase and wait for confirmation of a completed transaction through email. Purchase history can be view through account info.

Malicious and Unacceptable buying policy

Buyer is subjected for range of actions if these guidelines are followed and may get limits to buy/sell privilege including deleting of your account.

• Before registering with Aippcart, read the Aippcart terms and condition for buyer and seller that deals with the violation for not to break any rules.
• Do not use Aippcart for create false accounts or unknown account information. Buyers/sellers sometimes need to contact us incase found false info of each other or any Aippcart registered member
• Buyers are not allowed to buy product in order to harm a listing or to leave negative seller rating and feedback.

Buyer Feedback policies

Every single seller need honest Feedback from his buyer for product satisfaction and its an opportunity to leave an honest comment about your experience with a seller, or leave thank you note to customer for purchase/product. This is voluntary process and up to buyer to give positive feedback message. Do not post violated feedback per policies, seller can request you or us to remove complete feedback which is not cover under our policies. Buyers can not threaten to seller for positing negative feedback to get a goods or services that weren’t included in the original item’s description or purchase price order. Once a transaction is concluded, it’s fine to ask buyers to leave positive feedback, or to revise negative feedback if you’ve been able to resolve their issue. Also sellers are not allowed to force a buyer to post positive feedback in order to receive an item they’ve already purchased, or accept a return request. Similarly, they can’t offer monetary compensation or additional items in return for positive feedback. At the same time, no one can’t use negative feedback to insist a seller to accept a return, or give a refund, if they’re not required to by the terms of their listing.

Product listing policy

Aippcart allow the seller to sell major categories of products but there certain items categories are restricted to sell. We are working hard to get major range of products make it available but below are the items which are currently not allowed to sell on our marketplace. See list of categories which products are not allowed as of now,
